You dispatch for a municipal service but you are usually not employed by it. The agreement that sets your pay is the provincial one, and an employment letter naming the right employer avoids a verification problem later in the file.

Round-the-clock premiums are contractual

Evening, night and weekend premiums are defined and regular. Over a year they are a meaningful part of income and they are usually the part left off an application.

Coverage overtime is routine

Communications centres run to minimum staffing, so overtime is regular rather than exceptional. Two years of T4s makes it countable.

Hospital-based centres are a different agreement

A minority of centres are operated by a hospital, which puts staff under that hospital’s agreement rather than the provincial one. Worth confirming before anything is submitted.
