Full-time career firefighters of the City of Timmins covered by the Article 7 wage schedule. Two scales exist: a legacy scale for employees hired before ratification, and a reduced percentage-of-1st-Class scale for new hires after ratification. Below 1st Class the legacy scale is deliberately blank (shaded) at the later effective dates, so the new-hire scale supplies the current sub-1st-Class rates.

Verified against a rendered image of that page: the Probationary, Fourth Class and Third Class rows are deliberately shaded/blank at the later columns, so First Class ($114,519), Fire Prevention Officer / Lieutenant / Training Officer ($128,261), Captain / Chief Fire Prevention Officer / Chief Training Officer ($136,277) and legacy Second Class ($105,422) are the only 01-Jul-26 values in that table. The second table on agreement page 15 (PDF page 15), headed 'Revised wage scale takes effect with new hires only after the date of ratification', prints all eight columns for Probationary (60%), Fourth Class (70%), Third Class (80%) and Second Class (90%); its 01-Jul-26 column supplies the sub-1st-Class rates marked '(new-hire scale)'.
