Muskoka Paramedic Services pay grid
Full-time and part-time Paramedics employed by the District Municipality of Muskoka Paramedic Services
What this step buys
An estimate, not an approval. Send it over and we will confirm it against your own stubs.
Ask Jeff and EmilyThis agreement has expired, so nothing here has changed yet. Under the Labour Relations Act the terms of an expired agreement keep applying while a new one is bargained, and police and firefighters cannot strike, so their rounds go to binding interest arbitration instead. The rates above are still what lands on the stub today. When the award comes it is normally backdated to the day after expiry, which means a lump sum of retroactive pay and a higher base from then on. Both matter on a mortgage file, and they are counted differently.
Collective agreement, Article 12 - Wages, 'Full-Time and Part-Time Paramedic Wage Scale', PDF page 14 of the extracted text. This agreement does not distinguish PCP/ACP pay levels; accumulated-hours bands apply to 'a Paramedic' generically. Agreement expired Dec 31, 2025; no successor collective agreement found in MOL library as of verification date (searched "OPSEU Local 397" and "Muskoka Paramedic"); a separate CUPE Local 1813 agreement (title 188165, 2025-2027) exists for a different Muskoka bargaining unit and does not cover paramedics.. Open the source. Base pay only. Premiums, overtime and paid duty are not in this table. Confirm against your own stub before relying on it.

Base pay off the grid is the easy part. On a frontline file the rest of the T4 is where approvals are won or lost.
